Owen Mills Racing (OMR) is a young family run team focused on delivering the best experience, development and preparation for all drivers. The team was founded in 2019 by racing driver, driver coach and experienced race mechanic Owen Mills to allow him to race himself and after gaining extensive knowledge of how to build, prepare and run the Mazda MX-5 race car, the team was born.

In modern times Motorsport continues to be the most difficult sport to access due to the high budgets required to not only be competitive but even to compete. This is something that has always frustrated Owen and so the main goal of the team is to provide the highest level of race car preparation at the best possible prices, therefore allowing those who are struggling with budget to get on the track and gain valuable experience whilst having the ability to compete at the front.

Despite the age of the team we have already enjoyed the success of race wins, podiums and fastest laps and are driven to continue building on this. We specialize in running cars in the BRSCC Mazda MX-5 Championship, Clubman championship and 750MC MX-5 Cup however we have experience of a range of other cars and championships and are willing to try anything. We also offer driver coaching/data analysis and a range of other services.
